Pretty by name, pretty by nature, Primrose Hill is a quaint - and very shishi - enclave of loveliness. Walk through the park, to the top of the eponymous hill – day or night - and you’ll be rewarded with a view of London more romantic than a Richard Curtis film. Down below, the “village” is chock full of bakeries, cafes, restaurants and gastropubs. There are several posh boutiques too – necessary to keep the well-heeled residents’ wardrobes bang up to date. And, of course, there are the celebrities. While the streets don’t contain as many stars as Hollywood Boulevard, there’s a good chance of spotting a well-known face, from Kate Moss to Kelly Osbourne. If you don’t see anyone famous strolling through the park, down the street or playing with their children in the exclusive Chalcott Square, you could always try the famous Triyoga centre - if for no other reason than to work off some of those Primrose Hill pastries.
